Facial Sculpting Level I is the foundational esthetics course within The Blue Room Method™. Designed specifically for Licensed Estheticians, this hands-on training introduces an anatomy-informed approach to facial massage and sculpting, expanding both the technical skill and intention behind hands-on work in the treatment room.

Training will focus on relevant facial anatomy, tissue assessment and palpation, facial movement and tension patterns, practitioner mechanics, treatment sequencing, and the external sculpting techniques that form the foundation of The Blue Room Method™.

The course is intentionally intimate and highly hands-on, allowing for individualized instruction, supervised practice, and time to develop greater confidence in both what you’re feeling beneath your hands and how you respond to it.

Facial Sculpting Level I is entirely external and does not include intra-oral technique. It is designed to stand on its own as a practical expansion of the esthetician’s skill set while also providing the foundation for future advanced training in The Blue Room Method™.
